Slow Food in the Tetons recently joined forces with Full Circle Education, a non-profit “seed-to-plate” organization started by Erika Eschholz, with the mission to teach and promote sustainable living patterns through hands-on learning experiences associated with local farms and gardens.
This “celebration of local food” introduces local producers to consumers by providing a forum for sampling food and beverages and exchanging information.
